[Koha] Patron listing not working from the Alphabetical links

Hi

 

I am running Koha 3.12.0.  The challenge I am having is that when I click on
the Alphabetic links for patrons, e.g A, I am not getting anything and yet I
should be getting the Admin Account. This also applies to other Links form
A-Z. Is there any indexing that I have to do.
