[Koha] Patron Import

Today we have been trying to upload new patron images...we continuously get
this message:
Patron image failed to upload

   - Unpacking completed
   - 1 directories scanned.
   - 1 directories processed.


   - - Cardnumber:
   *WARNING:* This image *not* imported because the cardnumber and filename
   is missing.

Any ideas?  We've checked the format of the file and it is identical to the
tutorial on the Koha website - and yet, it looks like the card numbers
aren't being read because there isn't one printed in the message.

If anyone has any idea - your help would be much appreciated!  I'm out of
ideas for the moment.
