[Koha] Advice needed for csv-profiles tool

Hello
I am testing csv profiles Tool for exporting shelves in csv 
(cgi-bin/koha/tools/csv-profiles.pl)
I tried
Auteur1=700$a|Auteur2=701$a|Titre=200$a|Sous-titre=200$e|Editeur=210$c|Date=210$d
(french unimarc...) and it works.

I tried "Auteur(s)=70.$a" (fields 700, 701, 702) and it works too (but 
it is not documented in the Manual)

But is there a way to put 2 subfields in the *same *column. For example 
"701 $a, $b" (Surname, Firstname) ?
