[Koha] Problems with the Koha wiki - registration and editing, for new users

I also have created a new account, just today.  I have tried two 
separate mail addresses, but neither of those (private mail servers that 
I manage) have received mail.  Someone needs to look at the wiki, I 
think and make sure its mail settings are correct.  It seems 
unreasonable for all these new members to be struggling.
