[Koha] Note on three suspected bugs

Forgot to mention that as it regards note(b), there seems to be a link between Amazon covers search and displaying local covers: In most cases local cover is displayed for each book, until Amazon search returns no cover (or times-out). Then, local covers disappear for those books that no Amazon cover is returned.
