[Koha] Renewal setup?

OK, I finally found that this should be controllable at the "Item Type" 
level 
(http://koha.org/documentation/manual/3.0/administration/basic-parameters/item-types). 
However, I don't have a "Renewals" box on this page. Any ideas on how to 
turn it on?
