I cannot for the life of me figure out where to configure renewal
limits. All of our items are not renewable in Koha without
activating the override control (AllowRenewalLimitOverride). Can
anyone point to the right screen?<br>

OK, I finally found that this should be controllable at the "Item
Type" level
(<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://koha.org/documentation/manual/3.0/administration/basic-parameters/item-types">http://koha.org/documentation/manual/3.0/administration/basic-parameters/item-types</a>).
However, I don't have a "Renewals" box on this page. Any ideas on
how to turn it on?<br>
