[Koha] Billing Automation?

Chris,

Part of that can be done automatically. There is a cron job that can
run to automatically mark items lost after they were due a certain
period of time and charge the patron. However, once you mark the item
paid for there is no automated process to change the item to Lost &
Paid for - that has to be done manually (as the system stands now).

See N.1.2.4. Long Overdues on
http://koha-community.org/documentation/3-2-manual/?ch=a12823#AEN12838
for more info.
