[Koha] Is it available Koha manual in PDF format (form Installation to upgrade)?

Actually it sounds like you're looking for an installation manual and
that is not what we'll be turning into PDF tomorrow.  If I'm wrong,
then like Reed said the user manual will hopefully be in PDF soon.
