[Koha] Is it available Koha manual in PDF format (form Installation to upgrade)?

This is something we are probably working on tomorrow during the
hackfest bits of http://www.kohacon10.org.nz/

But otherwise I don't think it exists right now -- you could produce
something usable by printing web pages.
