[Koha] Getting the shelf location to show in the OPAC

Koha considers "shelving location" to be a kind of modifier to the
library location information, so if you're looking at the detail page
in the OPAC for an item with 952c set it will display  alongside the
item's current location: "Main Library General Stacks," where "Main
Library" is the item's branch and "General Stacks" is the value in
952c

It is not used as part of call number display. As far as Koha is
concerned 952j and 952o are not related.

As far as I know 952c is not displayed in OPAC search results in 3.0.6.
