[Koha] SQL report from browser view ---- on Excel format

please help me

I prepared SQL query and I run this query i got report on browser view point
but

but when I down load this file   the data is export .CVSFILE

It will dispaly window and asking the following information

Character set      : UNICODE(UTF-8)

Language

all the data into on row one column which is not well organized Row X
Columns

my question is how to get data

Barcode No    Author         Title    rate
