[Koha] fatal error

Hi Marion,

Koha error

The following fatal error has occurred:

Can't call method "append_fields" on an undefined value at
/usr/local/share/perl/5.10.0/MARC/File/SAX.pm line 92.

Koha DB	3.0000107
MySQL	mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.1.37, for debian-linux-gnu (i486) using
EditLine wrapper
OS	Linux library 2.6.31-21-generic-pae #59-Ubuntu SMP Wed Mar 24 08:47:55
UTC 2010 i686 GNU/Linux
Perl	5.010000

This is what I get when am trying adding some data into Koha.
