[Koha] Follett Migration

Randy,

I second the suggestion to purchase the OBDC driver from Follett -- it's 
about $100 and will allow you to capture your circulation and patron 
notes. For just about everything else, take a look at the wiki for the 
vokal project at http://openilsvt.pbworks.com/. There are some templates 
in the Box.net widget on the home page of the wiki, and in the sidebar 
to the right, look for "User Guide" under documentation -- we've 
migrated several libraries from Follett to Koha using the import steps 
listed there.
