Indeed, it would be a fascinating insight and thanks to those who have
shared on the list and elsewhere.

All NDAs that I've seen specifically prevented the signatory from
disclosing that they signed one, so we'll only get silence if an NDA
*is* part of some terms. :-/ (Before software.coop, I co-owned a
FOSS-inspired start-up in the dot-com bubble time and many players in
that market loved NDAs.)
