[Koha] Migrating from Koha 2.2.9 on server 1 to Koha 3 on server 2

Hi Suresh

Following the instructions here (with a tarball of the 3.0.0 release)
http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Upgrading_2.2

Will get you to 3.0.0, then you can upgrade straight to 3.0.6 from there.
