[Koha] Migrating from Koha 2.2.9 on server 1 to Koha 3 on server 2

Hi,

We have been running Koha 2.2.9 on Debian for around two years now on a server. But now we have upgraded server machines, and have installed Koha 3 (on Debian Lenny) on one of the new server machines. Can someone provide guidance on how we migrate the Koha 2.2.9 database from the old server to Koha 3 on the new server?
