[Koha] Cataloging question- adding tags

Cecil,
You need to follow the instructions in the manual page I gave you. It walks
you through adding fields to appear in the framework. Once you add the 090
to the framework you can then edit the record you're talking about and the
090 will be there for you add/change content in.
