[Koha] Resolved--Springer E-Books Marc File and MarcEditor and MRC formatting issues

If anyone else might be facing this issue, the below are the steps from
getting the .bin file from Springer into Importing it into Koha.

Step 1- Rename .bin into .mrc [No changing internal file structure]
Step 2- Load this file into MarcEdit
Step 3- Make all the customizations [Adding, modifying, deleting records]
[The structure once loaded into MarcEdit would like like below as example]

Step 4- You are sure of all of your changes and are now ready to import into
Koha
Step 5- On the now finalized modified tmp file, Click on File -> Compile
File to MARC
Step 6- The newly generated file would have .mrc extension and CAN be staged
and imported into Koha.
