[Koha] Cost Analysis Information

Depending on what you want to convert over from your existing system, If you
are going clean and don't care about historical data it is "easy" to convert
from your existing system to Koha.
If you want to move existing data - we used a vendor to help us with that
process. What I always tell people if they are going to need help getting
started - the "conversion" from one system to Koha is probably going to cost
the same amount it would to migrate to any system. But after that the costs
have dropped significantly.
