I also agree with Joann Ransom that whatever entity would be designated by
the election to legally hold Koha assets for the community should be the
party making requests of various parties for consolidating community
assets. Time should be given to allow needed discussions between the
parties.

The Koha community should be ready with an alternative if things go wrong
but we should not presume an outcome in advance.
