[Koha] tools and serial disappear

Hi
i finished koha migration from koha 1.2.3 to koha 3.04  ,every thing on koha great but i have a strange problem the tools and serial in main page when i click on tools or serial i can't found the all items in it .. i don't know what's happened to these items ... the items was founded before i restore the backup .. any help :)
