[Koha] ADD new authority notice failed

hi 

i installaled the last version of koha 3.00.04 and i have a problem to add a
new authority notice. I get this message :




Koha error

The following fatal error has occurred:

Can't call method "field" on an undefined value at
/usr/share/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/authorities/detail.pl line 332.
