[Koha] Using Google Books for cover images in OPAC

It's really a matter of personal preference.  If you use Google Books
then you're advocating Google Books - while not a site to purchase
books, it's still a commercial site.  Most people find that Amazon has
more covers, but I haven't noticed a difference personally.
