Assuming you are using 3.0, select Koha Administration and you will find
Patron Categories under the Patrons and Circulation Heading.

Dear Friends,

How can we edit or add new "Patron category Type"  (e.g. Adult, Child,
Staff, Professional etc.)
which appeared in Patron categories.
