[Koha] Labels and zebra search not working after migrating data

After installing koha-3.04 stable everything worked fine, I could enter biblios, patrons, use search with zebra and make labels.
However,
after moving my data from koha 2.2.9, following instructions from
http::/wiki.koha.org/doku.php?id=22_to_30 koha ONLY works with nozebra,
and the labels page shows:
Layout:
No Layout Specified: Select a Label Layout 
Template: 
No Template Specified: Select a Label Template 
Batch: 
Create a new batch
And I cannot really do anything with any of these, it does not seem to save anything.
Koha does work with zebra turned off, meaning I can search, checkout, check in, etc, but I really would like to have the zebra search options and the labels working. The logs don't show too much errors, see below.
If there is a better method to migrate data from the 2.2.9 version, please let me know.
Or any ideas to get this working. It is frustrating that it works so well until I migrate the data.
