[Koha] loading circulations into Koha

Thanks Joe,
I'm guessing that the `issues` and `old_issues` update the statistics  
file each time those particular transactions are completed?  Can you  
point me to an example of the transaction sent via the staff pages to  
mysql, or give me an idea how to capture it?  I'm thinking this might  
be a good opportunity to learn how to do transactions.
