[Koha] Patron info on Details page

The information for some patrons doesn't show up when we select the 
Details tab on the Koha 3 staff interface.  It just displays "No address 
stored", "No city stored",...  It displays fine on the other tabs.  I 
can't figure out why it doesn't work for only some of the patrons. 
There was nothing in the koha-error_log.  Has anyone else seen this? 
Does anyone have any ideas what could cause it?
