2 things to check

  - does that file *actually* exist?
  - if so , does the user executing the script have read access to  
the file?

my hunch is the 2nd issue ;)


this is how i fix that problem...

$ sudo chown -R yourKOHAuser:yourKOHAuser /etc/koha/zebradb
