[Koha] Winnebago Spectrum migration

Hey everybody,

We are migrating to Koha from Winnebago Spectrum and are having issues with
the 852 to 952 tag conversions. Does anybody have a script that will build a
proper Koha 952 tag out of Spectrum based MARCs?
