[Koha] SQL library: fast growth

Ok. I just changed the SQL library so the one table has been divided between topics suggested by Sharon Moreland.  I moved around the reports and added a wishlist area.  I'll keep track of these and move them as SQL language is added.

That was fast growth.  Thanx for all your participation.
