[Koha] Biggest Koha Problem

I work for a small rural library district and we are looking at
possibly migrating to the Koha system.  I wanted to ask active users
of Koha a question:  What is your biggest problem/bug with Koha?  Any
brief description you could share would be helpful and feel free to
contact me off list.
