[Koha] problems installinggd 2.9, xml::LibXSLT 1.59, XML::RSS 1.31, and XML::Dumper 0.81

Hi all, 
I am trying koha-3.00.00 installation on debian etch. i have install all the prerequisites apart from the stated. While i have installed Xml::Dumper and xml::rss, what is required is 0.81 and 1.31 versions respectively. For  GD and xml::libxslt i get the message that it wouldnot install unless use force which i have tried. can somebody advice me in this please.
