[Koha] Latest patched files for V2.2.9]

Thanks for your reply! You are the only one I heard back from. So if you 
would be so kind as to generate a patch, or even just make available a 
compressed copy of the entire set of patched 2.2.9 files, I would very 
much appreciate it.
