[Koha] Customising Add Item fields

Dear Friends,
I just installed Koha 2.9.How can we remove some
fields from “Add Item” section in cataloguing?
I need only following fields,

b - Location (homebranch)
p – Barcode
v - Date acquired
w - Price effective from
