[Koha] (Koha 3 alpha) Adding new marc field in framework...

Is there some script I need to run after adding a new marc field to the
default framework?  We're trying to add a 793 field, and it appears that
Koha is letting us do this, but when going back and browsing through the
framework, there is still no 793.
