[Koha] error in install koha3 on ubuntu8.04

Hi to all
i need to help im trying to install koha3 beta 2 on ubuntu 8.04, Apache2,  mysql 5
when i run : 
perl Makefile.PL
i get that error in end
please help me
make: *** No rule to make target `fix-perl-path.PL', needed by `blib'.  Stop.
