I am working with RC1. Chris was right; after clearing my cookies, I see 
the login dialog when first loading the opac home page. But Joe also has 
a good point, because if I navigate to another page without logging in, 
I then see Welcome, | Log Out which is counter-intuitive. I agree it 
would be better if it simply said Log In or something like Member Log In.
