[Koha] Running Koha 2.2.8

I have successfully done that and now it is asking me for card number and password…I am sure I must have done this along the way except I’m not sure which card number or password it is asking me to give.  Is it during the Apache set up or Koha set up?  Sorry to sound ignorant…do I need to set everything up again in order to get the card number and password?

You don't need to run that file again and again.  Just install koha one time and open your web browser and type http://intranet/  Koha will run in your browser

I have successfully installed all necessary programs to run Koha 2.2.8 however whenever I click on the Koha shortcut on my desktop it reinstalls it again.  When I click on 'run as…' I get:

"Could not initialize installation. C: \Documents and Settings\Library\Desktop\Koha 2.2.8-W32-RO.EXE Access is denied"

Even though the Koha has been installed twice and the computer has restarted.  How do I run Koha without installing it again and getting the above message??
