[Koha] Export and Import Data

Hello,

 

I have two Koha systems, one version is 2.2.9 and another is 3.00.00.107

 

I want to clean the sample data on the Koha system 3.0

Export all data from the Koha system 2.2.9 and import the data to the
Koha system 3.0 

 

Could you kindly give me some solution?
