[Koha] MARC Framework

Hi!
 
 I need do changes in the 'tags' of the MARC Framework. I do it in
Koha-Intranet, and then I try to add a MARC record, but my changes don't
work 'fully':
 - delete a 'tag' works
 - modify a 'tag' don't work
 - add a 'tag' don't work
 - I want use a 'tag' that already exist but not appear in 'Add MARC
record', What I must do it?
 
I try to rebuild de zebra-index (with
bin/migration_tools/rebuild_zebra.pl -b -a -reset), all ok, but the
changes don't work.
 
What happen?
