[Koha] bulkauthimport.pl

OK I have searched the archives and don't see anything on this and when I do
./bulkauthimport.pl it doesn't give me any clue as to what the flags are.

There isn't any documentation on the documentation site yet either so if
anyone can shed some light on how to use this I would appreciate it.

I'm getting Can't locate C4 .... and then begin failed --compilation aborted
at bulkauthimport.pl line 18.

Suggestions?
