[Koha] Issue Accessing Librarian Page

Hi,

I have an issue using the librarian page.
I've installed the Koha system into a server and when i try to give the IP  
address of the server from the client systems, it takes me to the user  
page(which it may be intended to do).
i would like to access the librarian page also from the client system. Can  
someone please help me in this regard?
