[Koha] Question regarding Koha on Windows XP

Koha has issues with MySql 5 that prevent settings from being saved.
If you're using that version, try MySql 4 instead. Here's the
location of the archived download:
http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/mysql/4.1.html#win32
