[Koha] koha error

We've been having a similar issue on an install in which some marc
records are being manually built. It happened today as well. All
encodings on this install are UTF-8.

"Wide character in null operation at
/usr/local/share/perl/5.8.8/MARC/Charset/Table.pm line 96."

There is a bug open for a similar error when saving items:
