[Koha] documents to install koha 2.2.8

Thank you MJ Ray-2 for your answer. The installation guide you provide me
works with MsQl 4.1; the problem is  the fact that Ubuntu 6.06 is installed
with MySql 5.x; so koha 2.2.8 can't be installed on this operating system
:-(.

Can anyone knows a way to install koha 2.2.8 on Ubuntu 6.06 with its default
MySql server, i mean MySql 5.x?
