[Koha] Installation problems

Hello,
I think you need to check your database. it seems as
if it is not allowing write access from koha. i have
only experinced this problem when some tables in the
koha database crashed.
Either reinstall or use a tool like phpmyadmin to
verify the condition of your koha database.
