Are you referring to the MARC editor and repeating fields?
  If so, note that the field won't repeat if all its subfields are empty.
Or are you referring to Additional Authors display? 
  In 'Normal' display, only the 1st additional author is shown.
  In MARC display, all should be visible.


Cindy: 
In the dev_week template for npl, the '+' now shows a text field in which
you can specify how many fields you want to add.  Maybe Kyle didn't update 
the CCFLS templates for this change from 2.2 ?
