[Koha] koha v2.2.7 marc-21 repeatable field not working

Do you mean that you are unable to get it to repeat the field, like 
described in this bug report?

I'm using dev_week, and I'm not able to repeat a repeatable field at 
all, although I can repeat subfields.  Is anyone else having this issue?
