[Koha] System Parameters - what set first?

Just in case no-one has responded to your question yet:

hmmm ... I'm not sure there is a difference between these two.
You want to go to the 'Koha Administration' section.
The parameters you find on that page are a good place to start.
Generally, you can configure them in the order they appear. You
may also want to check out the System Preferences for some additional
configuration options.
